Personality Plus is based on the teachings of Florence Littauer. Betsy was personally trained and is still mentored by her. In 1994, Betsy completed all the requirements to become a Certified Personality Trainer of Personality Plus. Over the past 12 years, Betsy has had the privilege of contributing stories and examples to the following published books: Personality Puzzle (Piecing Together the Personalities In Your Workplace), by Florence and Marita Littauer (published 1992); Talking So People Will Listen by Florence and Marita Littauer (published 1998); and Personailty Plus for Couples by Florence Littauer (published 2001). Betsy is also part of the CLASSeminar teaching staff helping out at various workshops. She is "alert to life", constantly looking for new examples and life applications of Personality Plus, which in turn keeps her presentations fresh and relevant.
